Austin Portfolio Agent Spotlight: Kyle Lancashire

In this month’s Agent Spotlight, we chatted with Kyle Lancashire of the Lancashire Realty Group. Kyle shared his favorite Austin spots, revealing how the city’s vibrant culture influences his work. He also discussed his journey into real estate and what inspired him to build a career in the industry.

Kylee: What made you want to get into real estate?

Kyle: I grew up here in Austin and got my degree at St. Edward’s. I’ve always thought real estate was fun and cool, and I’m really into building relationships, so it just fell into place.

Kylee: Do you have a favorite neighborhood in town?

Kyle: I love Austin so much that wherever I am at the moment is probably my favorite neighborhood. I’ve lived all over—down South, on the East Side, in 04, and in Bee Cave.

Kylee: What are some of your favorite hidden gems?

Kyle: One of my favorite hidden gems is Marye’s Pizza. Their sandwiches and pizzas are amazing, and the vibe in there is great. I love their diablo sandwich; it comes with this great hot sauce.

Kylee: How would you describe today’s real estate market?

Kyle: Today’s market is very interesting and quite different from a year and a half ago. It takes some creativity to make deals these days.

Kylee: What is your favorite local sports team?

Kyle: My favorite local sports team has to be the Westlake Basketball. My favorite venue is the Moody Center; they did a tremendous job with it as a basketball arena, especially compared to the Frank Erwin Center, which didn’t offer much of a home court advantage.
