Kylee: Are there any hidden gems in Austin that you think deserve more attention?

David: I don’t think any hidden gems need more attention.

Kylee: What is your favorite neighborhood in Austin?

David: Probably Hyde Park- I think it’s classic old school Austin.

Kylee: How would you define luxury real estate in Austin?

David: You can define it as 'typical' luxury— for example, a very new build with all the accessories that make it luxury. But then you also have the property that is down-to-earth, where the environment itself makes it luxury.

Kylee: Favorite old Austin memory?

David: I saw Dave Matthews at Liberty Lunch in the late 90s.
