Kylee: What are some trends you are seeing in the real estate market that you are loving right now?

Jordan: I love that people are adding color and personality to their homes. I'm tired of the washed-out, boxy looking homes.

Kylee: What is your favorite neighborhood?

Jordan: I love Rosedale because of the charm of the neighborhood. It's amazing how all of the homes are older and have been maintained so well.

Kylee: What is your favorite place to eat in Austin?

Jordan: I love Elizabeth Street Café—I crave it and find myself there too often. My favorite pizza in town is from All Day Pizza at Flo's Wine Bar. I love their Tomato Tomato and Sweet Italian Sausage pizzas.

Kylee: What does being a luxury realtor mean to you?

Jordan: Being a luxury realtor is about more than just handling higher price points; it's about delivering exceptional service. That's why I’m dedicated to offering a full concierge experience for my clients.

Kylee: Who is your dream celebrity client?

Jordan: I would love to sell a home to Miles Teller. I can picture him and his beautiful wife buying a house on Lake Austin.
