A day in my life is a blend of productivity, connection, and purpose, rooted in my roles as a leader, entrepreneur, and mom. My mission to serve others drives everything I do while keeping faith and family at the center.
Morning: Setting Intentions
I start my day early at 4 AM with quiet time for reflection and prayer. This time grounds me in my faith and sets the tone for a focused day.
I start a workout at 5AM, then I settle into work mode by starting to create new SOP’s, reply to emails and text messages from the day before (utilizing the send later feature on iPhone and Outlook). This the time of day for completing my to-do list and tasks.
From there, at 7AM I transition into "mom mode," getting Henry ready for school. Mornings are a flurry of making breakfast, doing dishes, finishing laundry, packing lunches, and squeezing in a cuddle on the sofa to read a book or catch the end of Paw Patrol.
Work: Leading with Passion
Once my workday begins, I step into my role as CEO of B. Moore Organized.
My schedule is filled with team collaborations, client consultations, design presentations, vendor relationships, and strategizing ways to grow and improve our services. Balancing the big-picture vision with attention to detail is key to making every interaction productive and meaningful.
Afternoon: Creative Energy
Afternoons are when I dive into creative work, like content development, proposal reviews, and addressing client needs. My entrepreneurial spirit keeps me focused on innovation, whether it’s launching new services or refining systems that bring peace and functionality to our clients.
Evening: Family and Rest
Evenings are all about Henry. We spend time doing art projects, cooking together, or just unwinding. Most nights, we’re both early to bed, winding down by 7:30 or 8 PM, ready to recharge for the next day.
Each day reflects my passion for serving others, leading my team, and building a faith-driven legacy while cherishing the moments that matter most with my son.
Before I started B. Moore Organized,
I had a diverse career journey.
I worked as a Project Manager in tech and oil and gas, honing my skills in managing complex systems and processes. I also spent time in political consulting, which gave me a deeper understanding of strategy and communication.
Right after college, I lived in Argentina and worked for a private investment firm, an experience that broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for structure and efficiency.
Each of these roles taught me invaluable lessons about problem-solving, organization, and leadership.
However, it was my childhood—marked by chaos and constant change—that gave me the resilience and understanding of how much a well-ordered environment can transform lives. That realization ultimately inspired me to create B. Moore Organized, a company rooted in helping others find clarity and calm through intentional spaces.

The most rewarding part of my work is knowing that I can help transform lives by creating spaces that bring calm, clarity, and functionality.
There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the emotional shift that happens when chaos is replaced with order—when a client feels lighter, more in control, and truly supported. It’s not just about organizing a home; it’s about reducing stress and creating an environment where my clients can thrive.

Yes, a common misconception about organization is that it’s just about making things look pretty or tidy. While aesthetics are important, true organization goes much deeper—it’s about creating systems that work seamlessly for your lifestyle.
